This week, I will focus on getting the mobile app live on the Google Play Store, improving the Telegram bot by adding a text assistant, and polishing the internal tools that have been developed. I will also spend time with the Marketing and Operations teams to better understand their needs and identify opportunities to automate tasks and simplify their workflows. If the budget allows, I will proceed with setting up the app store account.
Mobile Application Submission I will complete all necessary final validations and proceed with the submission of the mobile application to the Google Play Store for review and publication. Telegram Bot Enhancement I will enhance the existing Telegram bot by integrating a text-based assistant, ensuring alignment and consistency with the current voice assistant functionality. Internal Systems Refinement I will further refine the brand-aligned document generation application and the finance assistant software to ensure consistency with organizational standards and operational requirements. Requirements Gathering and Process Automation I will engage with the Marketing and Operations teams to gather requirements and conduct brainstorming sessions. The goal is to identify and build technical solutions that streamline workflows and automate repetitive processes. App Store Account Setup (Subject to Budget Approval) I will initiate the setup and payment process for the app store developer account, subject to the availability and approval of the required budget.
