Executive Summary This week, the Marketing Lead will focus on building awareness among students at Main Campus and FB campus using word of mouth and using people we know, expanding Lomi Delivery’s reach across social media platforms, and engaging directly with students. The goal is to grow Lomi’s student audience, identify potential TikTokers for collaboration, and explore additional channels like Telegram for posting content.
Main Content 1. Campus Outreach & Awareness Identify Telegram channels and student forums where Lomi can post content. Engage with student clubs or associations for potential collaborations. Prepare and plan to reach out to campus telegram channels and groups 2. Social Media Content Prepare 2–3 posts for Instagram, TikTok, and Telegram for this week. Adapt last week’s content style: short videos, attention-grabbing text, and relatable campus situations. Write clear captions with hashtags to increase reach. 3. TikToker & Influencer Researc Held meeting on wednesday with Lomi team to go over the identified tiktokers and discuss on how we should move Identify additional campus TikTokers for potential collaborations from the team Make a list of micro-influencers and draft outreach messages. 4. Analytics & Reporting Track performance of posts across platforms: engagement, reach, clicks, and new followers. Adjust posting strategy based on performance. End-of-week report: measure growth in followers, engagement, and awareness. Goals for the Week Increase followers: aim for 15–20 new TikTok followers, 15–25 Instagram followers, 40–60 Telegram subscribers. Post content every 2–3 days across platforms.
